How long does it take to have a web site designed?
The design of your website usually takes between 2-4 weeks. The time frame is determined by the size of your website, the complexity of your sites design, and our current client schedule. Once the initial design has been finalised we will then liaise with you regularly to discuss your sites design and functionality to define it is looking and working as you wish.

It stands for "universal resource locator". This is the address typed in to view your web page on the Internet. For example, you would type in http://www.actionbay.co.uk to access our home page.
What is a domain name?
A domain name is a specific web site address that you choose. For example, "yourcompany.co.uk" or "yourcompany.com." Our domain name is " actionbay.co.uk".
What is web hosting?
Web hosting is a monthly fee that you pay to have your site accessible on the Internet. We can provide web hosting for our clients. Our web hosting fees are free for the first year… and extremely competitive in price after this period.
What is site maintenance?
Site maintenance is a service included for free within our packages to keep your site updated with new content that you provide. Most good web sites have new content updated regularly. Fresh content is what will keep your visitors coming back. This is an optional service that we provide for our customers.
Why can't I find my web site in the search engines?
Once your site has been submitted to the top Search Engines they may require several weeks, or even months to actually spider and list your web site in their directory. How fast your site is listed depends on each individual Search Engines database update schedule. There are SEO options available to our customers that can improve the website rankings if needed.

It is helpful to us if you are able to provide text and photographs in electronic form - for example, the files output by a digital camera and the words in MS word or similar format. If this is not possible, we can help get your information ready for use on the website.
I've made my decision - I want you to design my web site. Now what do I do?

No. We discuss with you your website requirements and then price accordingly and once you have placed an order for your website design with us, that price is strictly adhered to.
Can I get e-mail with my website?
Yes you can have email and depending on what package you have, determines how many email address you can have e.g. sale@your-domain.co.uk, info@your-domain.co.uk, john.smith@your-domain.co.uk
What after sales support do you offer?
We fully support any website we design and are always available should you encounter any problems or require any enhancements. We offer web site maintenance so that your website need never get out of date. A web designer will also ring you monthly to keep you up to date with reports on how well your website is doing and make any suggestions on how to improve your website if needed.
